Terms of Service — My planner

1. General By purchasing from My planner (myplannershop.com), operated by Noelle Mulaba, you agree to these terms. Our store is based in Belgium and subject to Belgian and EU law.

2. Products All products are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical goods are shipped. You will receive access to your file immediately after payment confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital file, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the download begins.

5. Intellectual Property All planner designs are the property of My planner. Files are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.

6. Limitation of Liability My planner is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our digital products.
